Slender tree with white bark, fissured at base. Short, weeping branches and delicate leaves. Good autumn colour. The cultivar ‘Tristis’ has an exaggerated weeping form. A lovely, delicate tree that is very popular.

Height: 9-15 metres, Very slender growth with small crown.
