Experience working in the food service industry is essential.
Familiarity with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme and Basic Food Hygiene certification is preferable.
Some experience of basic accounting practices and management of events, and familiarity with the use of social media and Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
