33: Minarets
About Minarets
4 pieces, weatherproof ceramics
Individual components in bright colours bring to mind summer skies and function to give joy to dark corners of gardens in all seasons, including the dark days of winter when nature dies down. Based on natural features such as plant parts, stems, leaves, pods, buds, open flowers and small birds, the ‘Minarets’ celebrate the season of growth and regeneration. Originally commissioned by Tale Valley Nursery of Devon as part of their display of shade plants at Chelsea Flower Show in 2017, the entire exhibit was awarded a gold medal.
Price £6000 for group (individual pieces POA)
