This kit uses a hybrid of a popular white Himalayan Birch – Betula utilis ssp jacquemontii ‘Doorenbos’. Also known as Snow Queen.
A pure white form of the Himalayan Birch. Much sought after for its stark white bark, peeling in parchment-like sheets which are orange-buff beneath. Reliably white bark from a young age and vigorous growth. Eventual height: 9-15 metres, moderately spreading crown.
Your kit will comprise 9 young trees of about 4 foot height, along with bamboo canes and spiral tree guards. Full planting and aftercare instructions are also included.
Your mini-woodland will cover an area of approx. 4 metres by 4 metres (assumes 1-1.5 metre spacing between trees). To fill a larger area, simply order more kits.
